Foxy Certified Origine France Garantie !
We are proud to announce that Foxy Toilet Paper and Paper Towels have been awarded the Origine France Garantie certification. More than 230 people work every day in our plant in Montargis, in the Loiret region, to offer you high quality products.
“Fabriqués en France”.
What is Origine France Garantie ? This is an independent certificate issued by an accredited body (AFNOR) which guarantees that the certified products are made in France. Raw Materials are previously processed in our Papermill, then our Converting workshop transforms them into rolls of toilet paper so soft or paper towels so absorbent and wraps them in packages so practical to transport them to your favourite shops where you can find them for your greatest comfort!
Origine France Garantie assures consumers that they are choosing a brand employing and producing in France.
“Foxy is in the Heart of France, and always at your side!”
Measures of ICT Ibérica’s 2021 Gender Equality Action Plan
Throughout 2021, we continued to implement the measures that are included in our 2020-2023 Gender equality action plan.
We drew up our Guide for Inclusive Communication. A handy manual in which we share, with all male and female workers, advice and useful tools to systematically render internal and external communication inclusive, thus contributing to the elimination of gender stereotypes, sexist prejudices, and various forms of discrimination that pave the way for inequalities. Aware of the value and transformative power of language, with this guide ICT Ibérica wishes to opt for inclusive language in drafting all its internal documents and disclosure materials.
Furthermore, we have made all personnel aware of our “Protocol for the Prevention of sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex at work”; we have provided training courses on inequality and awareness-raising; we have reviewed our remuneration policies, reinforcing the principle of equal remuneration of men and women in positions of equal value; and we have informed the employment agencies with which we collaborate of our Gender equality action plan, asking them to draft their own to prevent prior selection and guarantee equal opportunities also in recruitment processes.
At ICT Ibérica, through all these actions and those we are implementing, we work to prevent inequality based on gender and lack of equality among people. We integrate the principle of equal treatment and equal opportunities pervasively in all sectors and for all purposes, saying no to all types of discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, civil status, origin, disability, age, ethnicity, political convictions and religious belief, trade union membership or any other type of membership, guaranteeing a multi-faceted and inclusive workplace environment.
Further steps forward in the ICT UK Ltd. project
A few months after submitting the proposal to open the first ICT production facility in the United Kingdom, another essential milestone has been achieved, which will make it possible for the project to move forward.
Indeed, a few days ago, the members of the Flintshire planning committee unanimously approved the project concerning the Northern Gateway site in Deeside, North Wales.
As previously announced, many new jobs will be created and there will be an opportunity to boost the Flintshire economy.
ICT is proud of the results achieved so far and is ready to move forward with the investment with determination and strong team spirit, characteristics that have always distinguished the success of the group.
We look forward to seeing you at the Marca Fair
MARCA by BolognaFiere, the large international Private Label trade show organized by BolognaFiere Group in partnership with #ADM, will take place in Bologna on the 12th and 13th April 2022. We will be there and we are looking forward to welcome you at Hall 30 Stand F80.
ICT Ibérica and the Alcoraz Foundation for reforestation with "Juega tu papel"
The Alcoraz Foundation and ICT Ibérica, through our Foxy brand, have launched the initiative 'Juega tu papel'. This is a reforestation project that aims at repopulating three hectares, one in Huesca, one in Zaragoza and one in Teruel, with the help of an important sports club in each province of Aragon.
To this end, ICT Ibérica and the Foundation collaborate with three sports organisations: the football team S.D. Huesca, the basketball team Casademont Zaragoza and the volleyball Club Voleibol Teruel, which will support this initiative
The aim is to improve several green areas in the region, contribute to the protection of the Ebro river basin, help restore the soil and create windbreaks to protect the crops. In this way, everyone will play their part in the fight against global warming, and social awareness initiatives will be carried out in schools through environmental education.
Reforestation has been taking place since last November – with different plants and trees suitable for the specific areas – in three Aragon locations (Alagón, Siétamo and Calamocha), with CO2Gestión as supplier of the gardening services required for the project.
'JUEGA TU PAPEL' IS A CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTION

The 8 km race took place on 19 December, with the participation of approximately 4,000 people from various companies and the public administration.
A total of 23 workers took part, divided into 4 men’s and 2 mixed (men and women) teams, alongside 5 colleagues who participated individually.
All participants expressed their enthusiasm for the day and their desire to do it all once again this year.
