ICT Poland: young people in action
ICT Poland has organized an intensive job workshop for final-year students from the secondary and vocational schools of the Kostrzyn School Complex. It was an excellent opportunity for young people to gain insights into the specifics of working in various departments of our company. The goal of the workshop was to simulate real-life tasks that our employees face daily, inspiring students to develop their professional skills in the process.
This year marked the second edition of the program. As part of it, we organized four workshop days, attended by 124 students. Each day featured five different thematic workshops showcasing the key areas of our business. Students participated in activities that involved tasks specific to five departments: Finance, Safety, Production, Logistics, and Maintenance. The workshops were conducted in safe, laboratory-style conditions.
Participants highlighted that the workshop was a valuable experience for them. They not only observed what it’s like to work in our company but also performed basic tasks themselves under the guidance of our experts. The students eagerly engaged in the exercises and listened attentively to the stories shared by our employees about the specifics of their roles.
An element of competition added excitement, with the best-performing students receiving prizes. No participant left empty-handed. The workshop provided both an opportunity to learn about important processes and a sense of accomplishment upon completing the tasks.
The high ratings of the job workshop reinforce our commitment to continuing this project in future years.

ICT France: Yankee installed, a decisive step in the development project
An important milestone in the development project of the ICT France site was reached this Wednesday, October 15th. The 'Yankee', the heart of the new paper machine, has been installed.
We thank our technical partners who are supporting us in this project!
Third edition of the Job Explorer project
Around 100 pupils from last grade from four primaryschools in Kostrzynie nad Odrą, representing around 70% of all last grade pupils, visited ICT Poland.
As part of the programme, the boys and girls had the opportunity to see what it is like to work in an ICT Poland factory. They visited the establishment, met many of our employees and got to know the managers of the various production stages who explained what their work consists of. We believe that such an experience will help young people make informed decisions about their professional future.
We held a competition for pupils, in which they had to create a multimedia work presenting their impressions after visiting ICT Poland. We awarded two main prizes and four honourable mentions.
The questionnaires completed by the students showed that almost all of them were satisfied with their visit to our plant (98% of responses). This result confirms our willingness to continue with the programme. The students were very impressed by our HBW Processing and Logistics storage location, which continues to amaze even us who work there
ICT France: The heart of the new paper machine is on its way
As part of its growth project, ICT France is proud to announce the start-up of a new continuous paper mill machine early next year.
The Yankee cylinder, used to remove water from paper by drying and the beating heart of this new machine, left Sweden in mid-September and arrived in France earlier this week. After a leisurely “cruise” on the Seine, it’s on its way to Pannes!

ICT France: hives and a new range of product to protect bees
ICT France has reinforced its environmental and social responsibility by installing 4 beehives at its Pannes site, which are home to more than 160,000 bees. The aim is to make all our employees aware of a serious social problem: the disappearance of bees.
This project also echoes the new Foxy Love The Bee product range, launched in France in March 2024, which informs and warns consumers about the importance of protecting bees and biodiversity.
Let's protect the bees, together!
