“Nowicjusz”: the new onboarding programme at ICT Poland
The new onboarding programme “Nowicjusz” is getting positive feedback. It is a well thought-out programme to efficiently and effectively integrate new recruits into ICT Poland. During this phase, initial training courses are held covering various areas, such as safety, on-the-job training, quality, GDPR, lean manufacturing and organisational culture. The programme also includes a visit to the entire factory. It is important to us that new recruits know that we support them: we want to give them the best possible welcome. During the first four days of work, all relevant information about our organisation and the specific job position is systematically acquired.

A double anniversary for ICT
ICT celebrated two anniversaries, namely the 20 years of activity of the B2B division and the 20 years of participation in the Tissue World exhibition, the main global event dedicated to the Tissue sector. During this celebratory evening, a visual storytelling covered 20 years of activity to relive all the key moments. We achieved this important goal thanks to all our clients, partners and the ICT team who, together, work daily to enhance the present and build the future.

Showing respect is the best way to earn respect
For years, ICT Poland has been paying special attention to employee relations and has been committed to building a cohesive culture. This is why the company decided to take things a step further by defining good practices to show respect towards colleagues. The project, called “Expressions of Respect”, involved employees at all company levels. From the operations department to the company’s top management, everyone was involved in this great team effort, which, through a series of workshops, led to a list being drawn up of the 10 expressions of respect that are considered to be most important: a constant driver for all company members.
