Showing respect is the best way to earn respect
For years, ICT Poland has been paying special attention to employee relations and has been committed to building a cohesive culture. This is why the company decided to take things a step further by defining good practices to show respect towards colleagues. The project, called “Expressions of Respect”, involved employees at all company levels. From the operations department to the company’s top management, everyone was involved in this great team effort, which, through a series of workshops, led to a list being drawn up of the 10 expressions of respect that are considered to be most important: a constant driver for all company members.

Congratulations to all of the participants.
